Ugh! We are still waiting for the elusive I171H. It has been two weeks, still nothing. If we could just get this last piece of paper, we could send everything off to the Houston Consulate for Authentication. Then it would be about a week in Houston and then off to CCAI for translation and to be mailed to CHINA!!!
I tried to explain to Annalee today that we could not go and get her baby sister today, like she was begging for. It is going to be a long wait, having a three and a half year old certainly does help keep your mind off of the wait. I don't believe it will be as difficult a wait as the first time, since we now have Annalee. (if we could get her to stop reminding us every hour that she WANTS her baby sister!)
We are sending the paper work to the Houston Consulate tomorrow afternoon, with or without the I171H. If it is not in our mailbox tomorrow, then we will have to send it separately. Rats!
